NEW! Forge the Future Summer Camp Grant
Grant funding is now available to host a Forge the Future Camp!
The Forging Foundation will be awarding grants to organizations who wish to host a two-to-five-day Forge the Future Summer Camp focused on introducing middle and high school students to forging, manufacturing, and STEAM pathways.
The goal of Forge the Future Camps are to…

Expose students to manufacturing and the forging industry at a young age

Engage kids in hands on activities related to STEAM, and more specifically - the forging industry

Create memorable experiences for children in your community

Educate both kids and their families about manufacturing careers
- Build the future of forging and keep the industry strong for the next generation
Who can apply:
- Schools (Middle/High)
- Colleges/Universities
- Industry Partners
- Workforce/Community Organizations
Funding amount available: up to $2,500
If awarded a grant, additional camp resources will be provided to support a successful Forge the Future Camp.
Application deadline is February 20, 2026
Industry Members – We need your help!
- Can you host a plant tour for campers?
- Do you work with a local manufacturing or community organization (example: YMCA, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Science Centers, City Summer Camps, etc.) that host summer camps?
- Sponsor a camp in your area!
If your organization is selected to receive a Forge the Future Summer Camp Grant, you will be required to market and brand your program as an official Forge the Future Summer Camp using the provided logo. The Forging Foundation will also support promotion by advertising the camp through its marketing channels.
